Role Summary
Swedish Health Services is inviting applications for our RN Residency Program. This residency is designed to provide essential training and support for new nurses, helping them to develop expertise in their chosen specialty. Participants will engage in a comprehensive learning experience that includes structured educational content, simulation exercises, and real-world patient interactions under the guidance of experienced preceptors.
Program Highlights:
- Full-Time Positions Available
- Day and Night Shifts Offered
Incentives:
Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus in addition to a competitive benefits package that commences on the first day of employment. Specific bonuses include:
- MedSurg and Telemetry: $15,000
- All Other Departments: $10,000
Relocation Assistance:
Qualified applicants may also be eligible for relocation support.
Qualifications Required:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Current National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS certification from the American Heart Association within 6 months of hire
- Newly licensed RNs with 12 months of experience or less
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in the area of specialty preferred upon hire
