Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at NRG Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing schedules, and providing administrative support to various teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations, including phone call management, travel arrangements, and logistics.
  • Implement and maintain efficient filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating clear communication channels.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and coordinate communication flow within the office.
  • Provide administrative support to various teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling logistics.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and facilitating training programs.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Monitor office expenses and process invoices, track expenditures, and reconcile financial records.
  • Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Oversee office technology infrastructure, including computers, phones, and software tools.
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues or coordinate with IT support.
  • Collaborate with HR on personnel matters, including timekeeping, leave requests, and benefits administration.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Quickbooks, and office management software.
  • Ability to identify challenges and proactively implement effective solutions.
  • Flexibility to handle diverse tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and levels of the organization.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or pursuing bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or relative experience to field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles.
