Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies in partnership with physician leadership.
  • Post job openings and manage candidate applications.
  • Conduct interviews and provide feedback to hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, though 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience may substitute for formal education.
Additionally, candidates should possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience in physician recruitment.
  • A minimum of three to five years in clinical healthcare recruitment.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment settings.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools.
  • A proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
  • Preferred certifications include ASPR or SHRM.
  • Excellent writing and Excel skills.
