The selected candidate will oversee the complete recruitment process, collaborating with medical leadership to devise effective recruitment strategies. Responsibilities include job postings, managing candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and generating reports, all aimed at attracting top-tier specialist and subspecialist physicians.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies in partnership with physician leadership.
- Post job openings and manage candidate applications.
- Conduct interviews and provide feedback to hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate reporting on recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, though 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience may substitute for formal education.
Additionally, candidates should possess:
- 1-3 years of experience in physician recruitment.
- A minimum of three to five years in clinical healthcare recruitment.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment settings.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools.
- A proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
- Preferred certifications include ASPR or SHRM.
- Excellent writing and Excel skills.
