Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple business inboxes and calendars, drafting and responding to professional correspondence
- Arrange personal and business travel, as needed
- Implement systems to optimize time and increase productivity
- Write technical documents, including work plans, timelines, summary documents, notes/minutes, and concept notes
- Track and reconcile expenses
- Proactively bring issues to the attention of the Executive Director, along with proposed solutions
- Provide draft communications related to global health and public health
- Run errands, perform research, assist with projects, and carry out miscellaneous requests
- Research and organize maintenance and improvement requests for home office and rental properties
Requirements:
- At least five years of experience supporting a C-level Executive with both business and personal tasks
- Organized, tech-savvy, able to prioritize tasks, thorough, and proactive
- Self-starter with experience creating and implementing organizational systems and driving projects forward
- Experience with inbox and calendar management
- Forward-thinking with the ability to solve problems before they reach the Executive Director
- Confidentiality and discretion are required
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Proactive and able to follow directions well
- High attention to detail
- Organized and strong problem solver
- Multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple needs and manage time well
- Good communicator
- Technologically savvy and open to using new technology to optimize processes and create efficiencies
- Takes pride and ownership in their work
Benefits:
- Expected salary range is $75,000 - $90,000 annually
- BME Strategies offers a competitive benefits package, including vacation time, sick time, floating holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, health FSA, dependent care FSA, and a one-time technology stipend
