Office Operations Coordinator

As an integral part of our team at Nitelines USA, Inc, the Office and Administrative Support Workers, All Other will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that facilitate smooth operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive program information to clients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
2. Manage document handling by copying, scanning, and faxing as required.
3. Coordinate and schedule appointments effectively to optimize workflow.
4. Input and maintain accurate contact information within our software systems.
5. Execute basic mathematical calculations to support various administrative functions.
Essential Qualifications:
Bilingual Requirement:
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient use of current office technologies and equipment.
- Strong data entry capabilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Previous experience in an office or medical office environment is advantageous.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
Additional Information:
- A standard background check is required for this position.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
