Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Administrator to join our team at HonorVet Technologies. As a key member of our Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for site preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for MRO activities, including buying OEM inventory, ensuring proper goods receipt, and processing new additions and change forms.
  • Ensure compliance to Good Documentation Practices, Safety, good housekeeping practices, and Environmental regulations while achieving operating cost goals.
  • Interact with hourly, salaried, and contract employees in routine matters, troubleshooting inventory management, and continuous improvement project work.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and coordinate safety, current Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices, and environmental compliance programs.
  • Participate in root cause investigations, evaluate, and improve business processes and develop rationale for improvements.
  • Provide reports, data, and information to support on-going operations.
  • Frequently communicate with immediate supervisor about status of projects or assignments.
  • Develop strong relationships with site operations to ensure consensus on operational compliance issues.
  • Support routine safety and regulatory inspections.
Requirements
  • Three to five years of warehousing and inventory management experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good analytical abilities, organizational skills, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP experience.
  • Prior experience in spare parts/inventory management.
