Production Supervisor

JRC, Inc. is a leading national roofing company with a strong presence in 48 out of 50 states. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Schedule and Dispatch Sub-Crews:**
    • Coordinate daily sub-crew schedules to ensure efficient project management.
  • **Quality Control:**
    • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure installations meet high standards.
  • **Customer Satisfaction:**
    • Perform final walk-throughs with property management to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • **Reporting and Administration:**
    • Ensure timely submission of daily and weekly reports, as well as accurate paperwork.
  • **Craftsmanship and Safety:**
    • Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction throughout all projects.
  • **Daily Work Review:**
    • Review daily work with crews, ensuring proper repair and safety procedures are in place.

**Key Decision-Making:**

  • **Manpower and Equipment Optimization:**
    • Make informed decisions regarding manpower and equipment needs to optimize production.

**Requirements:**

  • **Experience:**
    • Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, or Shingles is a plus.
  • **Knowledge:**
    • Knowledge of coping cap and counter flashing procedures is essential.
  • **Work Record:**
    • A satisfactory work record as a Supervisor with a similar-sized roofing contractor is required.

**Essential Skills:**

  • **Travel:**
    • Ability to travel throughout the U.S.
  • **Driver's License:**
    • Valid Driver's License in good standing.
  • **Physical Demands:**
    • Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing over 50 lbs.
