Note: Travel across the United States is required.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will collaborate with our Service Technicians on both low and steep slope roofing projects. This role involves physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and utilizing various roofing techniques and tools.

  • Execute installation, repairs, and maintenance on low and steep-sloped roofing systems, including Shingles, TPO, PVC, and EPDM.
  • Identify roof defects and necessary repairs through visual inspections of roof surfaces, flashings, drainage systems, and penetrations.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring the worksite is free of debris.
  • Engage in consistent overnight travel during the work week, with potential weekend work as needed.
  • Transport materials to and from roofing sites.
  • Capable of lifting 50+ pounds regularly, with frequent bending, climbing, and kneeling.
  • Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.
  • Adhere to job specifications and safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction or a strong desire to learn about the roofing industry.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • 6 months to 1 year of roofing experience is preferred.
