Location Requirement: Candidates must reside in the Middle Tennessee area, as this position is based at our corporate office.


Essential Qualifications:


• Proven experience in roofing sales is mandatory.


Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities within the National Sales Territory.


• Build and sustain multi-tiered relationships with your account portfolio.


• Create a strategic prospecting plan; leverage market knowledge, electronic databases, industry trade associations, trade shows, networking events, and other resources to identify potential clients.


• Utilize direct outreach methods, including calls and emails, to identify, qualify, and generate new business leads.


• Gather and manage market and customer intelligence effectively.


• Oversee existing accounts while consistently driving the acquisition of new accounts.


• Deliver detailed sales presentations to owners, executives, and other key stakeholders.


Desired Experience:


• Experience in national or regional high-value sales is advantageous.


• Familiarity with construction, specifically roofing, siding, and exterior renovations.


• Demonstrated success in a national or regional accounts sales management position.


• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.


• Willingness to travel throughout the United States.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional presentation capabilities.


• Advanced understanding of the business development process.


• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
