Responsibilities:

As a Roofing Maintenance Technician, you will collaborate with our skilled Service Technicians on both low and steep slope roofing projects. Your role will include:

  • Executing installations, repairs, and maintenance on diverse roofing systems such as shingles, TPO, PVC, and EPDM.
  • Identifying roof issues and necessary repairs through thorough visual inspections of roof surfaces, flashings, drainage systems, and penetrations.
  • Maintaining tools and equipment while ensuring the worksite is free of debris.
  • Engaging in consistent overnight travel during the work week, with potential weekend assignments as required.
  • Transporting materials to and from roofs.
  • Regularly lifting over 50 lbs, along with frequent bending, climbing, and kneeling.
  • Working comfortably at heights and on rooftops.
  • Adhering to job specifications and safety protocols.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in roofing.
  • A valid driver's license in good standing.
