Job Overview

Position Summary
JRC, Incorporated, a leading provider in the Roofing and Construction sector, is in search of a Roofing Supervisor to oversee their crew in executing commercial low-slope and/or steep-slope roof repairs and replacements.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the quality of work and adherence to installation standards
  • Inspire, guide, and support team members to complete roofing projects efficiently and within budget
  • Identify and troubleshoot various roof leaks during warranty inspections
  • Conduct final assessments with property management
  • Guarantee timely submission of daily and weekly reports and documentation
  • Ensure all tasks are performed with craftsmanship and meet customer specifications and satisfaction
  • Review daily work with teams and inspect job sites for proper repair and safety protocols
  • Make informed decisions regarding workforce and equipment requirements to maintain production levels
Experience Requirements:
  • Familiarity with TPO, EPDM, or PVC roofing materials is advantageous
  • Proven track record as a Supervisor or Foreman with a comparable roofing contractor
  • Possession of a valid State Driver's License
Qualifications:
  • Reliable and self-driven
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods, typically up to 7 days
  • Capability to lift and transport items weighing over 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Ability to frequently climb ladders and work on elevated roofing surfaces
  • Proficient in operating tools that require significant manual dexterity
  • Must maintain a clean driving record
