Job Overview

JRC Incorporated, a leading nationwide roofing and construction company, is seeking a highly skilled Roofing Foreman to oversee the installation and repair of commercial low-slope and steep-slope roofs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure that it meets our company's standards.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a team of roofing professionals to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex roof leaks and other issues during warranty calls.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Conduct final walk-throughs with property management to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Submit daily and weekly reports, as well as other paperwork, in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Foreman or Supervisor with a similar-sized roofing contractor.
  • Skills: Proven ability to work with TPO, EPDM, or PVC roofing materials, as well as a valid State Driver's License.
