Executive Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team at Dottob. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our marketing and creative agency.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, email correspondence, and data entry.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
