Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to department staff, including answering telephones, organizing schedules, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain department files, and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Implement departmental office procedures and update as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in generating documents and reports, and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing internal and external inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
