ABOUT OUR FACILITY:

At PetSmart, we foster a community dedicated to the well-being of pets. As a Pet Care Hotel Specialist, your role will be to ensure that pets receive exceptional care and attention during their stay. You will connect with pet owners to understand their pets' individual needs and create a safe, enjoyable environment for their time with us. Our facilities offer flexible shifts throughout the early morning, daytime, and evening hours.

ABOUT OUR TEAM:

In a facility as expansive as ours, collaboration is key to our success. As a PetSmart associate, you may be trained in various roles, including:

  • Client Interaction: You will be the friendly face that welcomes pets and makes a positive first impression in our Pet Hotels. You will guide pet owners on the various services we provide to tailor a unique experience for their pets.
  • Animal Care: Your day will be filled with engaging activities with the pets—playing with them during Doggie Day Camp, ensuring they get plenty of exercise, and making sure they are well-fed. Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities, and you will keep these in mind throughout the day.
