ABOUT OUR FACILITY:

At PetSmart, we foster a community driven by a shared passion for pets. As a Pet Care Hotel Team Member, your role will be to ensure that pets receive the utmost care and affection while they enjoy their time with us. You will engage with pet owners to understand their pets' distinct traits and create a secure and enjoyable atmosphere during their stay. Our facilities provide various shifts throughout the early morning, daytime, and evening hours.

ABOUT OUR TEAM:

In a facility as expansive as ours, collaboration is key to maintaining efficient operations. As a PetSmart associate, you may be trained in several areas:

  • Client Interaction: You will be the welcoming presence that greets pets, making a lasting first impression in our Pet Hotels. You'll guide pet owners on the various services we provide to tailor a unique experience for their pets.
  • Animal Care: Here, work and play go hand in hand You will engage directly with the pets—playing with them during Doggie Day Camp, ensuring they receive adequate exercise, and keeping their meals on schedule. Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities, and we uphold these standards throughout their playtime.
