About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team at TruStone Financial Credit Union. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, resolving their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience with our credit union.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide universal support to members related to department operational activities and financial services.
- Exercise independent judgment and decision-making skills while safeguarding member information and maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and maintain a unique working knowledge of all operational and technical facets of the credit union, its service offerings, benefits, and rules and regulations.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to co-workers and other credit union staff.
- Work collaboratively as a team player, being flexible and dependable, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of related financial or customer services experience, preferred.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Experience in computer systems with MS Office experience preferred.
- Math aptitude and keyboarding skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while displaying initiative and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while working under pressure.
- General knowledge and experience working with mobile devices and their operating systems.
- Ability to use excellent customer service skills providing high-quality, professional support over the phone.
- Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
- Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.
