This role is a key member of the Psychiatry Consultation-Liaison team, working closely with psychiatrists and behavioral health case managers to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide education and support to nursing staff on behavioral health topics
- Respond to consultation requests from nursing staff
- Lead Behavioral Emergency Responses
- Participate in Interdisciplinary Behavioral Rounds
- Complete suicide screening and restraint audits
- Graduation from an accredited BSN program
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina
- 12 months of clinical experience
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
