At Kind Behavioral Health, we are committed to providing the highest quality of care for children with Autism. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children to implement goals and teach new skills. You will be responsible for creating learning environments that are exciting, fun, and motivating, and for providing feedback and collecting data as it relates to the program established for each client.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working with children
  • Experience with autism or other intellectual disabilities (strongly preferred)
  • High School diploma; College degree preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Availability to work a part-time, Monday-Friday schedule
