About the Role

RSM US LLP is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in the Life Science and Technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to target key clients in the Life Science and Technology industries.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in the Life Science and Technology sectors.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry expertise to drive growth and revenue.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our industry and line of business leaders to co-lead growth efforts and drive sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Life Science and Technology industries, including market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Networking: Established network of C-level and executive contacts in the Life Science and Technology sectors.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
