About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Finance Leader to join our team at Harmonic Finance Inc ™ | Certified B Corp. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning and analysis across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain exceptional financial models to inform business decisions
  • Establish and implement forecasting and budgeting processes to drive financial performance
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO as an Executive Business Partner to provide strategic insights and recommendations
  • Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to drive business growth and improvement
  • Work with the CFO to develop mid- and long-term strategic plans to drive business success
  • Analyze financial performance to identify areas for growth and improvement
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the Board of Directors
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and improvement
  • Work closely with the Data Analytics team to develop and maintain dashboards and improve forecasting accuracy
  • Support the CFO in preparing the business for future funding rounds
Requirements
  • Relevant industry experience in a rapidly growing Biotech, Life Sciences, or Healthtech company
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of commercial acumen
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a VC-backed Tech start-up (Biotech, Life Sciences, SaaS, Healthtech, Fintech)
  • Experience establishing FP&A processes in a VC-backed Tech start-up (Biotech, Life Sciences, SaaS, Healthtech, Fintech)
Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary range: $225,000 - $300,000 + bonus + share options

Hybrid work model with opportunities for remote work
