Customer Service Liaison

As a Customer Service Representative at Macom Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc., you will serve as the primary liaison between our customers, sales team, and product lines. Your primary responsibilities will include providing accurate and complete responses to high-volume customer inquiries, processing requests for quotations, and managing orders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Process requests for quotations by investigating historic pricing and coordinating with product line managers
- Manage orders, including new orders, returns, samples, credits, and debits
- Maintain a backlog to reflect customer requirements and manage expedite requests
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve problems
- Exercise good judgment to determine appropriate actions
- Build relationships and trust with customers and colleagues
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different personalities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, problem-solve, and manage time effectively
- Team player with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- College degree
- SAP proficiency
