Job Overview

Command Holdings is in search of a Senior Special Operations Intelligence Trainer to provide expertise in the realm of operational and strategic training for Special Operations Forces (SOF). This role is pivotal in assisting various commands and joint SOF headquarters in the meticulous planning, coordination, and execution of comprehensive training programs that emphasize both operational and strategic warfare levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert guidance and training in Intelligence Operations to enhance the readiness of Theater Special Operations Commands and SOF Service Components.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the training and exercise initiatives of joint SOF Task Force Commanders.
  • Facilitate individual and collective training sessions, including academic events, senior leader seminars, and functional workshops.
  • Oversee the execution of mission rehearsals and command post exercises, ensuring alignment with USSOCOM certification standards.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate to loud noise levels, typical of an office setting with technological equipment.
  • Extended periods of computer use are required.
  • Ability to operate in confined and remote environments.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of performing tasks that involve sitting, standing, and using hands for computer operations.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to navigate various driving environments.

Travel Expectations:

  • Regular travel is anticipated, with potential assignments to remote overseas locations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in SOF intelligence, or equivalent military experience.
  • Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
  • Extensive experience in all-source intelligence and joint operations planning.
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead training sessions for various levels of personnel.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Current TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Experience in preparing intelligence products for SOF training.
  • Background in Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (JIPOE).
