Job Description

Drive sales growth and maximize performance as a Sales Performance Manager at Care Dynamics, LLC.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and make a significant impact on the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and monitor sales targets and goals in alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize performance and achieve targets.
  • Provide sales training, coaching, and support to enhance sales skills and techniques.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales performance to senior management.
  • Implement and manage sales performance incentive programs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations of sales team members.
  • Identify and address issues or obstacles that may impact sales performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the event or tradeshow industry.
  • Management experience of at least 2-5+ people.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • General knowledge of the tradeshow industry.
  • Willingness to travel domestically, approximately 30% of the time.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
