Sales Performance Manager

Drive sales growth and maximize performance as a Sales Performance Manager at Care Dynamics, LLC.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and make a significant impact on the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and monitor sales targets and goals in alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize performance and achieve targets.
- Provide sales training, coaching, and support to enhance sales skills and techniques.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales performance to senior management.
- Implement and manage sales performance incentive programs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations of sales team members.
- Identify and address issues or obstacles that may impact sales performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the event or tradeshow industry.
- Management experience of at least 2-5+ people.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- General knowledge of the tradeshow industry.
- Willingness to travel domestically, approximately 30% of the time.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
