Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Clean and maintain guestrooms to the highest standards, including linens, towels, and amenities
  • Stock and maintain amenities, such as toiletries and towels, in guestrooms
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and maintenance

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time
