Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Cutting Edge Recruiting Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and respond to incoming client service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assign and coordinate service tickets to technicians based on schedule and geographical locations.
  • Schedule and coordinate service and access to job site locations as needed.
  • Ensure all information and documentation is properly captured by technicians before processing service tickets into billings.
  • Assist in ordering and shipment of materials and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain the dispatch board and schedule for service work and follow-ups.
  • Maintain maintenance agreements and logs, scheduling service as needed.
  • Perform collection calls on past due billings and other accounting functions as needed.
  • Process timesheets for the department and coordinate with the Payroll administrator.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Process and document all work in a timely manner.
  • Replenish office supplies as needed.
  • Perform additional work as directed by the manager, including administrative activities and clerical tasks.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of dispatching experience in a service-oriented environment, such as HVAC or roofing industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or higher.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
  • Advanced customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain an organized atmosphere.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance-worthy driving record.
  • Ability to satisfy pre-employment substance and/or background screens.
