Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, answering phone calls, and managing front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Verify patient information and ensure accurate billing and insurance information
  • Collect payments and process transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical office or customer service role
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience desired
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
