We are seeking experienced Home Health Aides to join our team at Expert Home Care. As a Home Health Aide, you will work closely with patients to provide personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, and mobility
  2. Prepare healthy meals and snacks, perform light housekeeping, and manage medication schedules
  3. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, engaging in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
  4. Document patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and report any concerns to supervisors

To be successful in this role, you will need a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide Certificate, prior experience in home care, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Our ideal candidate will also have a reliable vehicle, a flexible schedule, and the ability to work independently.
