Job Description

As a Personal Caregiver with Right at Home, you will provide direct support to seniors in their homes, assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and companionship. Your role requires compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide health care services in patients' residences
  • Perform domestic and household tasks
  • Transport and accompany patients to doctor's office or hospital
  • Assist with clients' personal care activities
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report on their condition

You will also maintain patient care records, document provided services, and provide companionship and basic emotional support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a valid HHA certification or PCA certification, a recent physical exam, and proof of MMR immunization. You should also be proficient in English and possess warmth, compassion, patience, trustworthiness, and excellent communication skills.

Work Schedule

We offer flexible scheduling with various shift options, including 12-hour shifts, day shifts, and self-determined schedules. Weekend availability is required.
