What We Offer:
As a Personal Advocate at ICL, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with I/DD. Your primary responsibility will be to provide daily living supports, ensuring that individuals receive the care and assistance they need to thrive. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams to assess individual's strengths and create personalized care plans. Additionally, you will educate individuals on emergency procedures and respond accordingly in case of emergencies. To excel in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. We offer an estimated annual salary of $42,000 - $52,000.
