**Estimated Salary:** $50,000 - $60,000 per year

About the Role:
  • Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide exceptional care services to patients in their residences, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Work Collaboratively: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain Patient Records: Accurately document patient information, including care plans, progress notes, and medication administration records.
  • Participate in Training and Development: Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to pass a background check.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Be able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality care standards.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Hold any required certifications or licenses, such as CPR/AED, First Aid, and Medication Administration.
