Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team as a Pediatric Vaccines Specialist. This role will be responsible for promoting a portfolio of vaccines across customers and channels, requiring regular in-field customer engagement and virtual interactions.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be accountable for launching new products, developing strategies to manage business relationships, securing formulary access, and engaging in product promotion within assigned territories. They will also be responsible for sales efforts and relationship development with customers and accounts, including Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales in assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives
  • Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually
  • Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans
  • Effectively build rapport and relationships with customers in both live and virtual environments
  • Understand and leverage internal reports and analytics to identify strategic business opportunities
  • Demonstrate market knowledge and uncover barriers and drivers across all relevant business channels
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer, market, and business acumen, combined with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its trends. A bachelor's degree is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in professional sales or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, are essential for success in this role.

Salary and Location

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $71,700 to $180,200, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will have the opportunity to earn a quarterly sales incentive bonus. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility.
