About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Clinical Development Director to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and development of our clinical operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute visionary strategies to elevate clinical operations and drive business growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality behavior analysis services aligned with our organization's standards.
  • Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic team of behavior analysts and clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Innovative Program Development: Collaborate with teams to design and implement cutting-edge, evidence-based interventions for clients.
  • Regional Oversight: Travel to various locations, actively engaging with local teams and ensuring consistent excellence in clinical operations.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to assess program effectiveness, driving continuous improvement and positive outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
  • Certification: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Leadership Experience: Leadership experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs as a BCBA; exceptions may be made.
  • Clinical Expertise: Clinical expertise in appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in technology, such as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
