Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Medical Practice Operations to lead our clinical services and operations team at Cooper University Health Care. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical excellence, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of multiple clinical services, including ambulatory practices and programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience, employee engagement, and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and senior leadership to drive operational standardization and process improvement.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and project communication to ensure efficient operations.
  • Represent Cooper Care Alliance within Cooper Health and with the community, attending meetings, committees, and work groups as needed.
  • Serve as a role model and mentor to colleagues, promoting a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical services, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's degree preferred.
