About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to oversee the operations of our clinical services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant operational performance of our inpatient units and related locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration, organization, control, and supervision of operations
  • Direct and coordinate the implementation of a Culture of Service, including daily patient and staff rounding
  • Develop and implement new programs to maintain our position as a leader in innovative community care
  • Lead practice transformation initiatives, including process improvement and change management campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and inspections
  • Manage a comprehensive range of integrated programs to improve the quality/value of services available to physicians and improve overall efficiency, service, and engagement
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to impact improved patient outcomes and achieve quality improvement in patient care processes
  • Develop, maintain, and cultivate effective relationships with medical and administrative personnel to promote communication across teams
  • Provide staff support of executive leadership for operational metrics and workflows

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's degree preferred
