Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our Taco Bell restaurant team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and maintaining inventory.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Restaurant Team Members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Financial Management: Control profit and loss by following cash control/security procedures, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.
  • Marketing and Sales: Implement and execute corporate and local marketing programs to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Employee Development: Recruit, interview, and hire team members, conduct performance appraisals, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Facilities and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a Preventative Maintenance Plan based on Company Standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School, College, or University Degree Preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including profit and loss responsibility.
  • Skills: Basic business math and accounting skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, good oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills, and basic personal computer literacy.
