Bitterroot Health is looking for a Head of Patient Financial Operations to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is essential in overseeing the financial aspects of patient services within our healthcare system.

Position Overview:
The Head of Patient Financial Operations will employ a comprehensive approach to strategize, enhance processes, and develop initiatives that optimize revenue cycle management. This includes:
  • Accounts receivable oversight
  • Billing and collections management
  • Customer service enhancement
  • Cash handling services
  • Vendor relations
  • Provider enrollment
  • Regulatory compliance

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
  • Design, implement, and supervise the hospital's accounts receivable operations to ensure that performance metrics align with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with the revenue cycle team and other key stakeholders to drive organizational success.
  • Exemplify positive leadership and foster a productive work environment while ensuring the timely completion of departmental objectives.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in the healthcare sector. Management experience is preferred.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
