- Greet guests with a sincere and friendly demeanor
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with check-in/check-out processes and addressing inquiries
- Thrive under pressure in a dynamic setting while collaborating effectively with team members
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate guest check-ins, ensuring accurate credit handling, special requests, and correct information
- Enhance the overall guest experience
- Process payments in accordance with hotel policies
- Offer information and support to all guests and visitors
- Manage guest room bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently
- Assist in emergency situations such as fire, medical incidents, and power/system failures
- Collaborate with various departments including guest services, safety, housekeeping, and engineering
- Uphold guest confidentiality
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in hotel front desk operations preferred
- Familiarity with OPERA property management system or similar software is advantageous
- Proficient in spoken English; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills and clear communication both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working flexible hours
