  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting with check-in/check-out processes and addressing inquiries
  • Thrive under pressure in a dynamic setting while collaborating effectively with team members

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate guest check-ins, ensuring accurate credit handling, special requests, and correct information
  • Enhance the overall guest experience
  • Process payments in accordance with hotel policies
  • Offer information and support to all guests and visitors
  • Manage guest room bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently
  • Assist in emergency situations such as fire, medical incidents, and power/system failures
  • Collaborate with various departments including guest services, safety, housekeeping, and engineering
  • Uphold guest confidentiality
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in hotel front desk operations preferred
  • Familiarity with OPERA property management system or similar software is advantageous
  • Proficient in spoken English; Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills and clear communication both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution and leadership abilities
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and working flexible hours
