Job Summary

The Clinical Director for Team Rehabilitation is a key leadership role responsible for developing and growing an outpatient physical therapy clinic. This position requires a unique blend of clinical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive success and excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Medical Director and other stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive business plan, including clinic setup, equipment selection, and quality of care initiatives.
  • Marketing and Community Engagement: Support marketing initiatives and foster relationships with key physicians and community leaders to promote Team Rehabilitation's commitment to care and increase patient referrals.
  • Financial and Operational Management: Oversee clinic finances, manage productivity, and ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Hire, train, and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and services.
Requirements
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • 5+ years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, with a proven track record of exceptional patient care and leadership skills
  • Dedication to education and training, with a desire to continue growing as a Physical Therapist
  • Commitment to Team Rehabilitation's initiative of making Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) a priority, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce
