As a Clinic Director with Team Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow an outpatient physical therapy clinic. You will be responsible for strategic planning, marketing, and financial management, as well as ensuring that our clinics provide the highest quality of care. You will work closely with our marketing team to promote our clinics and services, and you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key physicians and medical directors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and develop an outpatient physical therapy clinic.
  • Market and promote our clinics and services to attract new patients and referring physicians.
  • Manage the financial performance of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure that our clinics provide the highest quality of care, including maintaining high patient satisfaction ratings and achieving excellent clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our clinics and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key physicians and medical directors to promote our clinics and services.
  • Manage and supervise a team of Physical Therapists and support staff to ensure that our clinics operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.

Qualifications

  • Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with a proven track record of exceptional patient care and leadership skills.
  • Dedicated to education and training, with a desire to continue to grow and develop as a Physical Therapist.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
