The Surgery Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the surgery center, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
* Supervise and manage a team of staff, including nurses, technicians, and administrative personnel.
* Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources and achieve organizational goals.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
* 5 years of experience in nursing, including 1 year of supervisory experience.
* Advanced clinical and technical knowledge of the operating room.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
Working Conditions:
* Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, reach above shoulders, and twist frequently during work shift.
* Will be exposed to mechanical, electrical, chemical, radiation, blood, and body fluids on a continuous basis.
* Will be required to wear gloves, goggles, and gowns on an as-needed basis.
