pWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Keller Executive Search in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day human resource support for all clinical and non-clinical personnel based out of our headquarters in Addison, TX./ppThe Human Resources Director will ensure compliance with human resource policies and procedures, employee relations, compensation, training, and state and federal labor law while supporting the management team to achieve business objectives and execute people strategies./ppstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/pulliProvide consultation and support to supervisors, managers, and HR Administrators regarding the correct application of company policy, performance management, discipline, and coaching/liliProtect the interests of both employees and the company in accordance with policies, governmental laws, and regulations/liliEnsure all federal, state, local laws, and corporate HR-related compliance matters are proactively managed, including ADA, EEO, and FMLA programs/liliInterview candidates with hiring managers to provide input and guidance in the talent selection process/liliManage new recruiting, hiring, and onboarding/liliConduct internal investigations with employee complaints and work closely with executive leadership/liliManage employee leave of absences, including personal, medical, and FMLA/CFRA/liliAssist with the development and recommendation of human resources policies and procedures/liliAssist with Payroll by reviewing timesheets and editing punches for Full-Time employees and temp agency timesheet submissions/liliReview terminations and conduct exit interviews/liliSupport implementation and transition to new HRIS system/liliProcess unemployment claims and wage orders accordingly/liliMaintain employee's confidential personnel folders/liliAssist with training programs and ensure employee compliance/liliMaintain human resource knowledge with state and federal law by attending webinars, seminars, and conferences/liliGather and analyze HR data and prepare HR reports as needed/li/ulpstrongRequirements:/strong/pulliBachelor's degree in human resources or related field required/liliMinimum 5 years of human resources experience/liliProven experience utilizing an HRIS/Timekeeping system, preferably Paycom/liliExperience working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, comfortable with change and ambiguity/liliKnowledge of labor law compliance - STATE/FEDERAL, ADA, EEO, FMLA, CFRA, LOA, COBRA, etc./liliAbility to work independently with minimal to no supervision/liliExcellent communication skills, both oral and written/liliExcellent interpersonal and coaching skills/liliProven experience utilizing Microsoft computer applications (O365)/li/ulpstrongBenefits:/strong/pulliHealth Insurance/liliOther statutory benefits/liliBonuses/li/ulpstrongEqual Employment Opportunity Statement:/strong/ppBoth Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
