About the Role:
This position offers a unique opportunity to serve as a strategic partner in the formulation and implementation of human resource strategies for the 704th Test Group. As a Program and Resources Analyst, you will provide management support services, written reports, and briefings on civilian personnel programs. You will also advise commanders, supervisors, and managers on difficult civilian personnel issues, including those involving professional, scientific, administrative, and technical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, assemble, and analyze facts to devise solutions to problems and prepare briefings and reports.
Serve as the organization's consultant on HR rules, procedures, and operations, providing advice to management on various issues and interpreting regulations and union contracts.
Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship
Obtain and maintain security clearance
Knowledge of human resources, force management principles, laws, rules, and regulations governing civilian programs
Knowledge of manpower, federal program and policies, management, and financial/budget/resource management
