Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services and providing exceptional support to our patients and care teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our care teams, including generating reports, data entry, and mail management.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and secure messaging.
  • Connect patients with their care teams and provide timely support to address their needs.
  • Assist with scheduling patient and provider calls, case conferences, and other meetings.
  • Contribute to special projects and data entry, including the growth of our virtual medical practice.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a healthcare or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including video conferencing tools and electronic health records.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
