Position Overview:
We are in search of a driven and detail-oriented Lead Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take charge of preparing and scrutinizing financial records, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures, and offering strategic financial insights based on comprehensive financial data. Your expertise in general ledger management and financial reporting will be essential to our organization's financial operations, significantly contributing to our long-term fiscal success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the month-end closing process
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations for the general ledger
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the accounting close and reporting processes, thereby improving overall financial controls
  • Prepare schedules for financial audits and management reports as required
  • Assist in the monitoring and collection of overdue accounts receivable
  • Support the annual insurance renewal process
  • Engage in various operational analyses, including but not limited to KPIs, cost of goods sold analysis, margin assessments, ROI calculations, and capacity utilization
  • Manage departmental projects and perform additional duties as assigned
  • Supervise a team of three

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • A minimum of 3 years of senior-level accounting experience
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities with a capacity to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, QuickBooks, and NetSuite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
