Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team at Directions Credit Union. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and success of the branch, including supervising staff, managing operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including cash handling, security, and facilities management.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage the branch's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and improve branch performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a financial services organization.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
