Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development and client networking.
  • Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies for clients, and determine the best products to support such strategies.
  • Present sound financial recommendations and guidance to clients, and establish individual financial plans based on client financial needs and objectives.
  • Monitor financial plans and recommend changes as needed, and actively and regularly coach and educate branch staff and internal business partners to identify investment opportunities.
  • Drive investment education and visibility among branch staff, and lead the branch team on actions to achieve investment results.
  • Regularly meet with branch manager and other internal business partners to communicate and review business results and pipeline management, and meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow up.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a university/college degree, and less than 1 year of professional experience. You will also need to have a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service). Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of financial planning and investment strategies, and be able to communicate complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner. You will also need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
