* Support Ticket Management and Resolution: Intake, analyze, and accurately resolve tickets, communicating with clients on support ticket questions and/or resolution.
* Technical Interactions: Engage with the live production environment, navigate complex architecture across multiple products, and troubleshoot technical issues utilizing SQL Server, Tableau, and other platforms/tools.
* Process Improvement: Standardize and update SOP's for how to resolve common requests, identify opportunities for process improvement both internally and externally, and coordinate with other departments as needed to drive improvements.
Requirements include 4+ years in a data analyst role with heavy usage of SQL, affinity for interacting with and exploring data, strong communication skills, and ability to manage time when juggling multiple concurrent priorities. Experience with Tableau, Mirth, MS-SSIS, MS-SSMS, and knowledge of the healthcare industry are preferred.
