* Support Ticket Management and Resolution: Intake, analyze, and accurately resolve tickets, communicating with clients on support ticket questions and/or resolution.

Requirements include 4+ years in a data analyst role with heavy usage of SQL, affinity for interacting with and exploring data, strong communication skills, and ability to manage time when juggling multiple concurrent priorities. Experience with Tableau, Mirth, MS-SSIS, MS-SSMS, and knowledge of the healthcare industry are preferred.
