Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Design and implement evidence-based interventions to promote client growth and development.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality care and optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • A master's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as psychology, education, or special education.
  • A current BCBA certification from the BACB.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
