Job Title: Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison, Neurology Rare Disease

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison, Neurology Rare Disease to support the Northeast Region. This field-based position is located in the United States, with a preference for the candidate to reside in the assigned region with easy access to a national airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • KOL Engagement: Identify, cultivate, and maintain long-standing relationships with national and regional KOLs.
  • Impact Drivers: Identify and develop hard to access Academic Institutions/Health Systems to address policy and business issues as well as formulary decisions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent is required.
  • At least 10 years of combined neurology, Rare Disease, or other related industry experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding expectations in assigned responsibilities.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $118,000 to $203,550.
  • Annual performance bonus.
